Product Description: Made with 100% Arabica coffee, Castillo and Colombia varieties, grown on farms in the Valle del Cauca, COLOMBIA. Cultivated between 1,570 and 1,650 meters above sea level, the beans are hand-picked and selected by rural workers, fermented for 18 to 24 hours, sun-dried on drying beds, with a soft washed process and an optimal medium or medium-high roast. This results in a product that highlights the qualities, flavors, and aromas of Colombian coffee.

Sensory Characteristics: Medium Roast Sensory Profile: Fragrance of vanilla and panela (raw sugar), aroma of caramel, sweet taste of panela, mandarin, and molasses, juicy citrus acidity, and silky body. Medium-High Roast Sensory Profile: Fragrance of panela, aroma of chocolate, flavor of cocoa with a caramel blend, medium-low intensity citrus acidity, abundant body, and a caramel aftertaste.
